Disability & Community Inclusion
Welcome to the Inclusive Training Hub, your go-to online destination for meaningful professional learning in inclusion, disability, neurodiversity and community access.
We know that inclusion is not just about ticking a box — it’s about creating environments where every person belongs, participates and thrives.
Here you’ll find evidence-informed courses, workshop modules and practical toolkits — all developed by a team with lived experience and professional expertise.
About Us
How Can We Help You
At the Inclusive Training Hub, we support your growth in three key ways:
-
Knowledge & Insight: Understand the foundations of inclusive and neuro-affirming practice — from terminology and rights-based frameworks to sensory and communication considerations.
-
Skill-Building & Application: Engage with practical learning modules, real-life case studies and interactive tools that prepare you to apply inclusion in schools, workplaces, community settings and support services.
-
Confidence & Culture Change: Move from awareness to action. We empower you to challenge assumptions, design inclusive systems and lead change within your sphere of influence — so inclusion becomes embedded (not just an add-on).
Whether you’re refreshing your practice or starting from the ground up, our training is designed to meet you where you are — and help you take the next step forward.

“Inclusion is not an add-on. It is the foundation of every environment where people feel safe to learn, work and be themselves.”
Hi, I'm Carol
Hello! I’m Carol — founder of The Inclusive Movement and your fellow guide in this work. With years of lived experience, professional leadership in disability and neurodiversity, and a deep love for meaningful inclusion, I’ve seen firsthand how the right training, attitude and tools can make a world of difference.
I believe in neuro-affirming, person-centred approaches that honour each individual’s identity, voice and contribution. I’m committed to sharing what I’ve learned, helping teams and organisations embed inclusive cultures, and standing alongside you as we design systems of belonging rather than mere access.
I look forward to welcoming you to our Hub, where together we’ll imagine, build and sustain inclusive spaces for all.
