World Autism Awareness Month
Throughout April, we’ll be sharing inclusive, respectful and neurodiversity-affirming information about autism—centred on lived experience and the voices of autistic people.
This campaign is our response to the outdated language and deficit-based narratives that still dominate public conversations about autism. We believe the conversation must shift—from awareness to understanding, from fixing to supporting, and from talking about autistic people to listening to them.
đź’ˇ Why this campaign?
Because autistic people deserve to be accepted as they are—not despite their differences, but because of them.
Because inclusion means more than physical access—it means belonging, autonomy, and safety.
And because we, as a neurodivergent-led organisation, are committed to leading this change with integrity, evidence, and empathy.

Hi there, I'm Carol, and I'm delighted you've found your way to The Inclusive Training Hub!
Â
As a seasoned Neurodivergent Play Therapist, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, and Functional Movement Trainer, I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families. My journey as a proud mother and wife in a neurodiverse family has given me a unique perspective on the significance of inclusion and celebrating differences.
With a focus on creating safe and neuro-affirming spaces, I created The All Access Hub to reach the broader community and assist in creating a more inclusive environment for everyone.
My mission is to support families and individuals with disabilities in navigating their journey. As well as assisting the community to foster an environment that embraces uniqueness and promotes understanding.
I hold degrees in Disability and Developmental Education, Counselling, and Personal Training, supported by extensive professional development in areas such as Childhood Trauma, Positive Behaviour Support, Clinical Play Therapy, and more. This background equips me to offer high-quality support across various domains.
If you have any questions regarding how the Inclusive Training Hub can assist You, your community group, workplace or family please reach out.
